Returns & Cancellation Policy

Example ImageAll our wallpapers and prints are made to the Customer’s specification and printed to Order. Therefore, we cannot accept the return of an Order unless it is damaged, defective or in any way not in accordance with the Order.

Cancellation Policy

All our wallpapers and prints are made to the Customer’s specification and printed to Order. As such, it is not possible to cancel an Order once it is in production.

Once your Order has been processed into production, we will send you an email Order Verification with notification that your Order is in production and to advise a provisional delivery date. It is not possible to cancel your Order after it has been processed for production and Order Verification notification has been issued.

Production will commence no sooner than 24 hours after your payment for the Order has been received.

If, for whatever reason, you decide to cancel your Order before your Order has been processed into production, and email Order Verification notification has not been issued, we will refund your payment without delay.
